Job Description

The Risk and Credit Analyst at Olam Agri is responsible for supporting risk management and credit control activities across trading and commercial operations. The role focuses on analyzing market and credit exposures, monitoring counterparty risk, and ensuring compliance with risk and credit policies. Working closely with trading, finance, and operations teams, the position contributes to effective risk mitigation, credit assessment, and data-driven decision-making aligned with Olam Agri s governance frameworks

Responsibilities

Monitor market and credit exposures across trading portfolios and ensure adherence to approved limits Analyze counterparty creditworthiness through financial analysis, risk metrics, and exposure evaluation Prepare risk and credit reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review Track receivables, outstanding balances, and support timely collections and credit control processes Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies across trading and credit activities Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in risk analysis, credit analysis, or related roles Exposure to commodity trading, financial markets, or credit risk environments preferred Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and risk monitoring is an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or related field MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Risk Management preferred Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are an added advantage
