Our extensive sourcing network, comprising both small and large-scale rice millers and farmers, combined with our global sales, distribution and warehousing teams, has established a strong market position that customers can depend on.

We work closely with rice millers, farmers and third-party suppliers to source and supply high-quality rice from rice-producing countries across Asia and the Americas. We have established key partnerships, including with the Thai Rice Department and the German development agency (GIZ), to promote sustainable rice cultivation. Through these partnerships, we collaborate closely with rice farmers to implement the Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) Standard, helping to improve livelihoods and reduce the environmental impact of rice farming. We were the world's first sustainable rice producer and supplier and are now the largest. We also lead the world's largest Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) project in Thailand.

Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years in export logistics and shipment planning
• Knowledge of international shipping and trade compliance
• Experience with freight forwarders and shipping lines
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Leadership and people management experience
